I always seem to feel the Full Moon in my chest – like a wound-up ball of anxiety which bothers me terribly until that moment (like just happened now) when I remember it’s about to be the jolly Full Moon – no wonder I am feeling weird!
 
In one way, I don’t really like it – who likes being anxious? In another, I find it fascinating that I feel the Full Moon so viscerally, as if any more proof were needed that we 70% water humans respond to the Full Moon like the tides respond to the Moon’s pull every day of the month!
 
It’s also a lot to do with the underlying knowledge that comes with the Full Moon, which is our knowing that things are coming to a head and we only have a short time left to sort things out. On some energetic or cellular level, I believe we know this deep down and we feel the pressure.
 
On a day like today, as the Full Moon energy builds, it’s important to prioritise. What really matters? What do you need to get done while the energies are still high.
 
After the Full Moon, it’s a time to let go, safe in the knowledge that we did all we could…
