Incredible photo of Brad Pitt falling to earth with a painful bump, by GQ

Not going to lie. I love Brad Pitt. (My husband knows. I have celebrity crushes on Brad, and Libra Matt Damon.)

This week we saw Brad in the news, ‘dishing’ (as they say) on his split from Angelina for the first time.

Despite my soft spot for Brad, I had hoped Venus rx would reunite him with Angelina, but that doesn’t seem to happening.

Anyway, for anyone interested in astrology, Brad’s GQ interview is a very curious thing. Just three things I have observed about Brad since reading it…

1. Brad is dealing with some heavy astrology. No kidding. As you might know, Brad is a Sagittarian. His Sun is in Sadge (though he has way more planets in Capricorn – he has Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars and Node all in the sign of the Goat.)

So Saturn in Sadge right now has just tried to put out this Sun. In astro-speak, Saturn conjoined his Sun for the first time in around 30 years.

Saturn is the planet of lessons and maturity and if you’re keeping up with the Brangelina narrative, you will know Brad is just ALL ABOUT lessons and maturity right now – or he was in his GQ interview.

(Not to mention that Angie is a Gemini and thus has had a very similar experience.)

Moreover, for Brad, Pluto, the destroyer, aka Kali, aka the phoenix rising from the ashes, is exploding its way across all his Capricorn planets. Right now close to the mid-point of his Mercury and Moon which tells the story of the woman in his life. It’s also very apt for him to have this public emotional outpouring.

(Saturn and Pluto are also affecting Gemini Angie’s chart in different ways. But that’s for another time. Right now I am thinking about Brad because of what we now know from his interview.)

2. The outlook for Sadges. I also just wrote this for Sadge for the end of the month and, in retrospect, I realise it feels quite Brad.

One of this things this ‘pretty boy’ is doing right now via this interview is showing the world (and his lost love Angie) he also has strength and a spine. You have to do that when challenged by Saturn. It’s make or break:

SAGITTARIUS

One of the things the past few years of hard graft has been all about teaching you is how strong you are. This week, if someone is having a go at your and you’re feeling at all threatened, stand your ground. Be strong and whoever needs to see it what you’re made of. Yes you’re a funny sign and we love your humour but you do also need to show the world you have a very strong backbone. It’s the right time.

3. And finally, something which struck me as I read the GQ article which I wanted to mention; how Sadge is this?

Brad Pitt: “… I’m an a**hole when it comes to this need for justice. I don’t know where it comes from, this hollow quest for justice for some perceived slight. I can drill on that for days and years. It’s done me no good whatsoever. It’s such a silly idea, the idea that the world is fair. And this is coming from a guy who hit the lottery, I’m well aware of that. I hit the lottery, and I still would waste my time on those hollow pursuits.”

So SADGE! Right?

Does all this astrology make your knees weak? Mine too! Let me teach you astrology!
