Just as I was sitting down to write this week’s column, I received an email from a reader called Nadine Nelen, a Belgian-born woman who totally transformed her life, changing her job (from working in the maritime industry to becoming a “life purpose facilitator”), changing the country she lived in (moving from Belgium to Australia) and getting married for the first time as well, in her 40s.
