My initial plan is to start to help everyone work on their chakras via meditation and other things … as I have said elsewhere, I am currently following The Prime: Prepare and Repair Your Body for Spontaneous Weight Loss by Kulreet Chaudhary.

This is not an ad. I don’t know the writer. We do happen to have friends in common but beyond that, our relation consists of four Tweets (three from me, one from her!) and that’s it! I’ve also signed up as an affiliate to her on amazon because, well, why not, right?! 🙂 In fact we should all be signing up as affiliates for all the books we recommend!

From reading the book, I have gathered that Kulreet Chaudhary is a regular Western doctor of Indian descent who then trained as an ayurvedic doctor. Cool and slightly mind-blowing combination, agreed?

The book is amazing and eye-opening and I am only in the first section (made my first Prime Tea today…).

I had actually asked the heavens very consciously for help and then someone recommended this book to me. I ordered it on the spot on my phone via amazon and received it up a few days later, having totally forgotten what it was all about. Then I saw on the dedication page the words Om Namo Narayani, the mantra of the ashram in India I love and will visit again soon. I knew this was literally an answer to my prayers!

Some – perhaps a lot – of the book The Prime and the group I have created, Energetic Wellness, is about food. But after all, what do you expect? This is Moonology and the Moon astrologically is all about food (among other things). I am not adverse to sharing recipes but for reasons I can’t really explain, as I am a carnivore, I would rather we only share vegetarian recipes. That’s possibly a conversation for another day.

If you want to be part of a group that aims to help each other energetically, then it could be for you. I am hoping we will get open-hearted people on the page and that we can exchange ideas.

As you will know if you have read any of the other posts, for me it’s about weight but there is nothing to stop other women joining with their own issues.

I will say upfront that I have tried many diets. Now I am trying a not-diet which is based on ayurveda, which I know so little about, I can barely even spell it. However I do have strong ties to India and the Hindu ways because of my visits to an ashram there.

So anyway I don’t know if this is going anywhere but I think we can help each other. Ideally I would like it to be not just me speaking! 🙂
