Are you lucky enough to live in a city where they have a Mind, Body, Spirit festival? They seem to be all over the world and they really are amazing.
I popped in quite spontaneously today, to the one in London (open all Bank Holiday weekend here) and it was so brilliant to see so many like-minded people all together in one place. Click here for their website.
London is such a massive city with so many people. It’s not like – say – Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs where you can hardly move for aura clearers and chakras tweakers (of which I am one!), meditation nights and yoga weekends.
And yet the Mind Body Spirit event in London that I visited today brings together thousands of Londoners and also lots of English people and foreigners, nearly all of whom are seekers and/or on the spiritual path. Amazing place to visit and to meet new people.
Of all the things I loved today, I would say a singer called Sam Garrett was my favourite. Have already downloaded a few of his iTunes offerings.
I also connected with a wonderful Dutch woman called Marianne who runs an oils company called Essence of Pure Light – she has a MBS special here for you.
Plus I had a long sit on an a really awesome massage chair that was so relaxing and I spent quite a long time sitting in something called The Chill Zone (I think?) All good!
One of the things I bought was so kefir from Stall B8. They home-deliver kefir in London – what a service! Really love people, too. Sadly I can’t find their site online but will post it here if I do – can hardly wait to get those billions of little bacteria in me!
Plus I connected with a couple of unicorns, I saw people doing yoga in headphones, I had a delicious and very good value Indian meal for lunch from the guys serving up food from their cart AND I got to see some of the lovely Hay House folk too, Jo, George and Suzy. They have one of the busiest stalls there with a ton of amazing new and classic books on offer, many with discounted MBS prices.
