Happy New Year! There is a lot going on in the skies this week. However I want to talk about that and also about setting your intentions for the New Year.
Astrologically, it’s a Full Moon week so the energies are high. Plus we have clashes between the Sun and Uranus and Jupiter. This means we have to get our egos out of the way. It’s the start of a New Year and – hopefully – most of us are already very clear on what we plan to achieve in the coming 12 months.
However the end of last year was very intense energetically and we now all need time to settle into the new one.

The good news is that after a possibly overly-electric start to the week, everything will start to settle down by Thursday, which, as it happens, is arguably one of the most romantic nights of the year, so book a sitter if you have to and organise a date night. If you’re single but you want to meet someone, get clear on what you want for your love life. Make a list. Visualise romantic happiness (without envisaging anyone in particular – let the Universe decide on that detail).
As well, if you would like have more cash in 2017, Thursday night is a great time to work on that as well. Think about what inspires you and how you can turn that into a money spinner. Don’t fall for the idea that you shouldn’t do something you love for work because then you will get tired of it. As Chinese sage Confucius said “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”
