Palace cinemas and Madman Entertainment have generously donated A Sound Life the unique opportunity to put on a special screening of the movie AWAKE about the life and teachings of Yogananda (Author of the classic Autobiography of a Yogi).

This evening is a beautiful opportunity to connect with a kind hearted community and deepen our wisdom of yoga’s core teachings of selfless service, unconditional love and awakening to our ultimate potential.

All proceeds from the night will go to A Sound Life to help us keep providing and expanding our Sound Health program – sharing the healing power of yoga and music with those who need it most in health care facilities, and underserved communities.

In the past 6 months, thanks to a team of dedicated volunteers ASL has run 185 yoga and music sessions in seven facilities (dissabilities, hospitals, aged-care and mental health).

Tickets can be purchased via this link, or via our website (and ticket price includes chai and bliss balls).

Please feel free to spread the love… we are hoping for a full house.

Secondly, the remix of the “The Jewel” by Matt Singmin (aka SOLON, The Future Sound of Yoga) of VAANI’s (Jo Mall-Kahn) was released this week.

The Jewel.

When we think of jewels, we generally think of material things like precious gems, rings and necklaces. True love is the ultimate jewel. It is the recognition of the eternal in ourselves and others. When we open to the Jewel we can see its love radiating everywhere in everything and the sense of separation fades – Edo Kahn.

The Jewel is a beautiful reminder of Jo’s life’s message: that we all have a Jewel inside us and that our purpose is to uncover it, share it and shine.

You can listen and donate to download the track at www.asoundlife.org/vaani-the-jewel.

If you’re able to share these with your communities on social media we would be so appreciative of your support as 100% of proceeds for both the screening of AWAKE as well as JEWEL will go to A Sound Life.
