Not going to kid you, it’s a potentially tough week this week! However just as per a Facebook meme I saw a few minutes before starting to write this column “when the hits the fan, you know it’s part of the plan”.

And what does that mean?

The creator of the meme, Australian manifesting coach Sarah Prout, captioned the meme like this: “Remember: when the Universe serves you a healthy dose of chaos or confusion that you are going to be okay. You are never given more than you can handle. Also, sometimes the most beautiful situations arise after the storm passes.”

Sarah is right!

To put a tough week like this in context, consider the idea that we are on Earth to evolve. So when there are issues, when we struggle, it’s actually our soul’s chance to learn lessons and grow.

The big hurdles this week start today as two intense alignments build up, peaking tomorrow. There is a clash between Mercury and Pluto, and one between Venus and Neptune.

Mercury/Pluto is about obsessive, compulsive thoughts, arguments that cut deep and dark fears. Venus/Neptune is about disappointments, deceptions and confusion to do with love or money or both.

Basically, it’s a full catalogue of challenges, and it affects pretty much everyone, to greater or lesser degrees. Read you weekly stars for more details.
The week is far from all bad though and once we get through these trials, Wednesday through to the weekend is far more promising.

So whatever happens this week, whatever hits the fan, decide that you are going to learn something from it. If someone lets you down, ask yourself if you knew they would – and if so, why didn’t take action. If you’re terrorising yourself with your thoughts, own it and stop it.

Whatever you do, though, don’t judge yourself! Becoming more self-aware is a process. Don’t be hard on yourself because you’re (shock!) not perfect!
We are in the waning cycle of the Moon, which is when we need to release. It’s the time to let go of fears and negativity. Breathe out.
