Yesterday brought the emotional Full Moon, so if you’ve been feeling all your feelings, now you know why!

From here on in, though, La Luna is waning every night. Sliver by sliver, she will lose light ahead of the New Moon which will take place in the middle of April.

Now, then, is the time to breathe out. Exhale. Sigh.

If the world were a more sensible place and we didn’t nearly all spend most of our time in electricity-lit rooms in front of our screens, I am pretty sure we would all live according to the Moon’s cycle (as some cultures still do to greater and lesser extents).

If we were truly wise, we would tap into the ancient wisdom and use a week like this to be BE. To let go and release.

So even if you are as caught up in the rat race as I am, take a moment this week to stare at the Moon and to dream a little. Moon bathing is oh-so underrated!

Aiding and abetting this release cycle are some quite intense astrological links this week. Today and tomorrow look good. We get a focus on communications (Sun/Mercury) today and powerful energies for getting things done (Mars/Saturn) tomorrow. It must be said, though, Mars/Saturn could go either way. It brings with it a sense of someone’s enthusiasm being squashed, or of an argument with authority, so mind how you go in the lead up!

Wednesday and Thursday are even more intense as the mind planet Mercury clashes with Mars (anger) and then Saturn (rules. These are fleeting planetary connections but they could well put everyone a little bit on edge. We’ll all be quicker to anger and quicker to sadness, quicker to bossing people around and quicker to feeling down-trodden and even a bit depressed.

The good news is that the week ends well with a link Venus/Saturn link. Relationships (personal or professional) which were upset earlier in the week should get back on to more solid ground.
