It’s a massive month for all of us, astrologically-speaking! There are two eclipses.

The first is the Full Moon eclipse in Leo on February 11. The second is the New Moon eclipse in Pisces on February 26.
No matter what your star sign, these are big celestial events which offer us all the chance to change.
With the Full Moon, think about what you need to let go of or move on from. Who do you need to forgive? You might even need to forgive yourself for something.
If you can let go of past upsets, it will allow you to stop dragging old emotional baggage around. Once you ditch the old emotional baggage, you can live more in the present, and it’s in the present that we create our future, right?
With the New Moon eclipse, it’s time to start something new. It could be a new friendship, a new course, even a new relationship. A really good practise would be to make a list of your top ten dreams, on February 26. Then make a few notes about what you can do to make those dreams come true. Having a dream which you know you can work towards can work wonders (assuming you’re willing to do the work, of course!) No dream is too big or too small.
Eclipses are rare events and we need to make the most of them.
Going through the month in chronological order…
WHEN IT COMES TO ROMANCE AND RICHES…
Meanwhile, the planet of riches and romance moves into the first sign of the zodiac, Aries this month. This is interesting in itself as a planet moving into Aries in some ways is starting a new cycle. So when Venus is in Aries, it’s as though we are all starting a new cycle when it comes to love and abundance. If you have had a rough time in either or even both these parts of your life in the past year or so, consider the reset button hit!
More than that, though, this year, Venus’ move into Aries is even more curious because Aries is the sign that Venus will most of her retrograde in, starting next month.
More about what this means next month but bear in mind that whatever is going on for you in when it comes to love and money now, you’re likely to get some kind of second chance later if you need it.
Also note that as Venus slows down ready for her retrograde, you will be asked to re-re-evaluate one part of your life.
Note that wherever Venus is for you, things should go quite well. Because she is moving more slowly ahead of her retrograde, she is actually making only one link to another planet this month, to Mercury on February 10, a day which augurs well for communications.

MERCURY INTO AQUARIUS
Mercury is the planet of communications and this month, Mercury will move through Capricorn, Aquarius and Pisces. If you’re one of those signs of you have one of those signs rising, you have an increased gift of the gab this month. And if you’re Cancerian, Leo or Virgo, Mercury will pass through your Love Zone this month which means it will be easier to talk through any relationship issues you’re experiencing, personal or professional. Here are the dates:
February 1 to 6: Mercury in Capricorn (Cancer’s Love Zone)
February 7 to 24: Mercury in Aquarius (Leo’s Love Zone)
February 25 and into March: Mercury in Pisces (Virgo’s Love Zone)

BACK TO THE MOON
As mentioned at the start of this post, the biggest news this month is that there are not one but two eclipses. Eclipse seasons, in my opinion, really are times to take advantage of. It’s a period when it’s easier for you to change your life.
So what do you want to do? Nearly everyone has one kind of dream or another. It’s part of the human experience, to have desires! So think about what you want. And if you really can’t think of anything you want (1) thank you lucky stars that you’re so blessed you have zero desires and (2) look around your life and see if there is someone you know that you can help to reach their desires.
YOUR FEBRUARY MOON MESSAGES
Aries – if you’re starting to think perhaps your life would be better if you got a bit more spiritual, then the skies totally agree with you. Commit to a more Divine 2017.
Taurus – it’s crucial that you make a wish on the day of the New Moon because it’s taking place in your Wishing Zone. Use this chance to create your 2017 reality!
Gemini – this is the time to work on your relationships. And if you’re too busy with work, then it’s doubly the time to work on your relationships.
Cancer – it’s an eclipse month so expect to be on edge a bit (as you’re Moon-ruled!) Good time to turn the corner with your finances as well. Leave behind financial fears.
Leo – the Full Moon eclipse in your sign is major news – you’re being singled out by the Universe to change your life as 2017 gets properly underway!
Virgo – the New Moon in your Love Zone means that one way or another, it’s time for you to start over, big time, in your love life. Farewell the past.
Libra – if you have been working too hard and not allowing yourself enough Zen time out, this month urges you to change that; put some new routines in place for 2017.
Scorpio – any tension in your life now can probably be relieved by balancing your work and the demands of your personal life. Seek a work/life balance.
Sagittarius – as the New Year unfolds with serious Saturn still in your sign, you’re being reminded that happiness for you this year lies in achieving.
Capricorn – you might feel as though staying close to come is a good idea right now but getting out of your comfort zone will leave you feeling far more fulfilled.
Aquarius – as tempting as it is to rely on someone else for your money, be it a partner or a company, for example, you will thrive this year the more financially independent you are.
Pisces – the New Moon in your sign is exactly the celestial juju you need to work some magic.
Decide what you want – from your heart – and you can achieve it in 2017.

MARS SQUARE PLUTO
Note that the toughest aspect this month is a clash between angry Mars and furious Pluto on February 22. Essentially it’s a day when you can move mountains. However it’s also a day when people can argue and pick a fight and generally act anything from brutish to brutal. So go easy that day, especially if you start to feel riled up!
