Every New Moon is potentially a very spiritual experience, for those who want to tune into the cosmos. However the September Full Moon is extra-charged, as it takes place right near the planet of dreams and soulmates, mysticism and the Divine, aka Neptune. If you are a meditator, it’s worth setting aside a little time on the morning of September 6, to do a meditation as the Full Moon is exactly Full. Ask yourself as you start to meditate, “what do I need?” and pay attention to the answers which come. A simple mantra for this Full Moon is “So hum…”

Feeling the force of forgiveness

The Full Moon is the time of the month when the Moon, representing emotions, is exactly opposite the Sun, representing the ego. It’s a time when the ego sometimes is “far enough away” for us to really feel our feelings. Issues come up to be dealt with. We have to process our stuff now – or risk going a little loony! This month, with healing Neptune in on the Full Moon act, it’s a very good time to work on healing any past upsets you have experienced this lifetime. Forgiveness is the quickest way to break the karmic bonds – just make sure you think about the lessons you learned from whatever happened, too.

If you’re involved with someone shady…

Do watch out if you’re involved, personally or professionally, with someone you suspect is less than trustworthy. Although Neptune, triggered by the Full Moon, has a numinous side to it, under the wrong circumstances, Neptune can also be about deception and disappointment. If you’re entangled with something duplicitous, matters could come to a head under the Full Moon!

The Full Moon is the time when your emotions come up to the surface for you to deal with them. If you work with them, you can clear yourself out energetically. The easiest way to do this is to make peace with the past, once a month at least. For help doing that, click here for my 100% free Full Moon Forgiveness Kit.
