Welcome another well-timed New Moon – it’s taking place at a civilised time for nearly everyone, no matter where you are in the world. New Yorkers – make your wishes as soon as you wake up on December 18.

1. BE UPBEAT

The way to work with this New Moon is to focus on what you’re feeling optimistic about, about what you want to have come up for you in 2018.

Sagittarius is the most optimistic of signs, so use the energies and make a list of all that you want to achieve in the 12 months ahead.

2. MAKE A VISION BOARD

If you want to super-tap into this last New Moon of the year, do a vision board. Just grab every old magazine you have lying around the house and cut out pictures which represent what you want for yourself in the 12 months of 2018.

Then paste them to a large piece of cardboard. This sounds simple but the energy is creates is real and phenomenal!

If you can’t see yourself doing that before you go to work on December 18, do it when you get home. We will still be very much in the New Moon phase. Better yet, ask a friend or two to join you (suggest they BYO magazines – perhaps as instigator, you can supply the cardboard.) And yes you are allowed wine as you do your vision boards!
